If there is no dealer in your area, you may call our US Technical Support line at +1-727-803-8600 from 8:30 AM to 7 PM Eastern time, or send a form request to Support@FreedomScientific.com.
For common service and repair, many local dealers can repair malfunctioning hardware. If there is no local dealer that provides repair service, or if your unit needs service under warranty, you may contact one of the following Authorized International Service Centers. You do not have to return your hardware products to the US for warranty service. The companies below are fully authorized for warranty repairs.
