JAWS Tip: This page and several other pages on the Freedom Scientific Web site are divided into regions for ease of navigation. JAWS users can press SEMICOLON or SHIFT+SEMICOLON to move from the beginning of one region to another. The files in this section are DAISY training books and can be read with FSReader DAISY reader. The DAISY training books can also be read with other DAISY readers. They contain both text and narrated audio. For audio only MP3 files, please go to the next section.
PAC Mate Omni QX DAISY Books
The PAC Mate Omni DAISY training books are packaged in ZIP files. Download them to a folder on your computer where you can find them afterwards. When you open one of the downloaded ZIP files you then need to extract the book contents to any folder on your hard drive or other connected storage media. Each book is contained in its own folder, with several files therein. To open a book with FSReader DAISY reader, press CTRL+O to open the File Open dialog box and use the Change Directory button to point to the location of the DAISY book folder on your computer.
